Designed to provide peace of mind for families caring for their loved ones, and for professional caregivers, the Nectarine solution provides them with tailored alerts and health insights, helping them to provide more effective care when required.

What’s next? In 2020 we will take Nectarine to consumers and their carers in their own home, irrespective of whether care is provided by a family member or neighbor, a professional care provider or someone else. We will be looking to enter markets outside of Sweden and to grow our business operations to meet the needs of our international customers. 

Now, we are looking for the inspired and inspiring person who will lead the Sales & Marketing operations and develop the capability to support scaling of a global business. 

The role and responsibilities:

  • Create and lead the marketing strategies and execution of all marketing activities, 
  • Identify opportunities for growth. Optimize and launch channel marketing and sales, 
  • Lead and develop the implementation of the Nectarine Health brand, the strategic marketing content creation and compelling messaging for our different customer segments; B2B as well as B2C, 
  • Oversee all aspects of the end to end customer experience, always putting the customer first, 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Engineering and Operations around product requirements based on customer insights, 
  • Establish and implement key marketing and sales processes and tools,  
  • Grow the marketing and sales team and be a leader and mentor to team members. 

We are a passionate team of professionals, and we are looking for someone like you to join our journey. Who you are:  

  • You bring experience from defining strategies as well as successful implementation of strategies at a global scale, 
  • You have experience from marketing and sales of consumer products, preferably in the wellness or health tech area, including sales through partners as well as direct sales through e-commerce, 
  • You are collaborative and eager to build strong relationships, both internally and externally, 
  • You have a confident leadership role and desire to achieve results together, 
  • You have a graduate degree in a relevant subject, 
  • Your communication skills in written & spoken English are excellent, 
  • Also, you enjoy working in a fast paced environment that is about to grow out of the startup phase and enter the challenging and fun phase of scaling up into a global business.
