The Service Operations team is responsible for end to end service delivery by maintaining availability, quality and security. The overall mission is to ensure 24/7 service availability. This comprises cloud infrastructure operations, monitoring services, incident management, coordination of cross functional operations, CI/CD deployment infrastructure, partner professional and customer-facing services are all on the teams agenda. Technological area coverage keywords are GCE, Kubernetes, Kafka, BigQuery, Ansible AWX, MQTT and Prometheus.
We are proud of our Swedish heritage, but we are also a growing and international company. At our offices in Gamla Stan, Stockholm, we are a team of 40 with more than 10 nationalities, and we also have team members based in the UK and the US.
