The Service Operations team is responsible for end to end service delivery by maintaining availability, quality and security. The overall mission is to ensure 24/7 service availability. This comprises cloud infrastructure operations, monitoring services, incident management, coordination of cross functional operations, CI/CD deployment infrastructure, partner professional and customer-facing services are all on the teams agenda. Technological area coverage keywords are GCE, Kubernetes, Kafka, BigQuery, Ansible AWX, MQTT and Prometheus.
